Seeking Independent Property Inspectors Throughout Western Maryland
A growing real estate brokerage is seeking reliable independent contractors to perform property inspections (THIS IS NOT A HOME INSPECTION) and field services assignments throughout Western Maryland and surrounding counties.
This position is ideal for retired law enforcement officers, firefighters, military veterans, home inspectors, contractors, property preservation professionals, and real estate professionals seeking flexible supplemental income.
Most assignments are located within:
Washington County
Frederick County
Allegany County
Garrett County
Adjacent Pennsylvania Counties
Franklin County
Fulton County
Adjacent West Virginia Counties
Berkeley County
Morgan County
Mineral County
Typical Assignments Include:
Occupancy verification
Construction Draws
Exterior property inspections
Interior property inspections
Property condition reporting
Photo documentation
Lockbox installation and removal
Sign installation and removal
Contractor access appointments
Utility access appointments
Cash-for-keys meetings
Eviction attendance
General property status verification
Additional compensation may be available for larger or specialized assignments.
Requirements:
Reliable vehicle
Valid driver's license
Current automobile insurance
Smartphone capable of taking and uploading photos
Computer with internet access
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to follow detailed instructions
