We are looking for a dependable and hardworking construction laborer to join our growing renovation team. Work includes apartment remodels, unit turns, and general construction support throughout residential properties.
Job Duties
• Assisting with apartment renovations and remodels
• Demolition and debris removal
• Painting and drywall prep
• Flooring installation assistance
• Basic carpentry and general labor tasks
• Loading/unloading materials and tools
• Keeping job sites clean and safe
• Supporting skilled trades as needed
Requirements
• Construction or labor experience preferred, but willing to train motivated workers
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Typical Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30AM – 3:30 PM
Some weekend work may be available
40+ hours per week depending on projects
