We have several cottages available now/coming available in the next month or so.
Fully furnished. Equipped with linens, pots and pans, knives and forks, fridge freezers, washer/dryers, coffee pots, books and games etc etc. And one even has an open canoe for use on nearby waterways.
Rent is the same on all of the family sized properties, they each have different features and locations so it is just an individual decision which one would suit you best if you are looking for accommodation. Rent includes utilities, trash collection and lawn mowing.
Pets incur a one-off $100 fee but are very welcome.
Cottage locations are in the vicinity of Hagerstown:
Sharpsburg and Keedysville, Maryland; and,
Berkeley Springs, just over the West Virginia border.
